The Cake Smash and Milestone Experience
LET’S CELEBRATE!
Whether your little one is turning one or thirteen, a milestone session is a perfect way to capture this special time! Milestone sessions are typically best booked a couple of months prior to the milestone date so there is plenty of time to plan the perfect session and find any special props that are needed.

Step One... LET'S CONNECT
Having worked with many families in the last 15 years, I have come to realize that everyone has different needs and visions for their session. I may not be the perfect photographer for everyone, and that’s ok! After you complete the contact form here on the website, I would love to chat on the phone for a few minutes. If you just hate phone calls, we can chat over email or by text, too! This phone call is simply about getting to know each other. I want to hear all about your perfect session so I can make sure I can provide the absolute best experience for you! This is not a sales call. There is no pressure to book. I simply want to make sure you get the experience you deserve, even if it’s not with me!

Step Two... LET'S MAKE IT OFFICIAL
Once we have decided that I am the photographer for you, we will set an appointment for your session. I will then send you a contract and an invoice for the $100 retainer. Once your contract has been signed and the retainer is paid, you will officially be on my calendar!

Step Three... LET'S PLAN
Milestone sessions are so much fun to plan, and there are so many options! ! Before your session we will talk about colors, themes and all of your ideas. You are welcome to contact me by text or email any time before your session if you have questions or want to discuss an idea.

Step Four... IT'S SESSION DAY
It’s time for your session! Depending on where you are having your session, we will meet at my studio, or we will meet at a predetermined location. I love to capture authentic expressions and strive to keep everything as relaxed and natural as possible.

Step Five...AFTER YOUR SESSION
After your session, I will send an online gallery within 2 to 3 weeks after your session so you can choose your included digital images as well as any products you would like. Galleries can be shared with friends and family as well.
Investment Details
Milestone Retainer Fee $100 (Due at booking to reserve your appointment. Retainer is non-refundable in the event of cancelation, but will apply to your session balance )
Collections
Milestone Mini Session - $225
Milestone Mini Sessions are available in our Alvin Studio on weekdays and include child only. Sessions include One backdrop set, one outfit and 5 digital images of your choice. Cake smashes are an additional $25. Parents must bring cake.
Milestone Collection One - $350
This milestone session takes place at our Alvin Studio, Parents and siblings can be included if desired. Session includes two backgrounds, two outfits and 10 digital images of your choice.
Milestone Collection Two - $450
This milestone session takes place at our Alvin Studio, or a location of your choice. Parents and siblings can be included if desired. If session is in studio, two backgrounds selected. Fifteen digital images of your choice are included.
Milestone Collection Three - $550
This milestone session takes place at our Alvin Studio, or a location of your choice. Parents and siblings can be included if desired. If session is in studio, two backgrounds selected. Twenty digital images of your choice are included.
**Travel fee may be incurred if location is more that 30 miles from area code 77511.
**Some locations may have a rental fee which will be added to session total.
